Deposit Explanation
The deposit is to reserve your spot. The deposit is usually around 1/2 the total estimated cost, but not always. If you would like more information on the possible total cost of the event you can always call Tiffany. There are several reasons we require a deposit in advance for each trip or event. First, we do not always know the total cost of the event when it is advertised. Second, in the past we have had people back out at the last minute, leaving the church to pay the bill. Last, when people do back out, it is not fair to the others going on the trip because their cost may increase due to travel and gas expenses.
