Chuck Bio Chuck Bestor is Minister of Administration. After serving in the military and managing stores, Chuck responded to a call to the ministry, pastored a church and joined Central’s staff in 1995. He gives leadership to the church in the stewardship of a $3.3 million budget, and provides a solid foundation for the work of all ministries and programs at Central. Chuck and his wife, Cindy, have five children, Catie, Carrie, Corey, Courtney and Chelsea.
