From Yvonne Baker-(added 02/19/2008) A co-worker has an aunt and uncle who are currently having heart issues. They both have had a series of heart attacks and are elderly. My co-worker's name is Kay Cameron. These are her mother's brother and sister. Please pray for health, peace for the families involved, and knowledge for the doctors. Thank you.
From Rose-(added 03/24/2008) Please pray for my mother (Frances). She has blood clots in her leg. This can be a link to cancer. Please pray for healing and that no cancer or other problems are found. Update (04/01/2008): My mother went to the doctor today. She has a deep vein clot. He did not know what caused it, but did not mention cancer. Praise God!!! She will begin Coumadin tomorrow for the next 3 months. Then the doctor will repeat an ultrasound on the leg. She will also follow up with the Coumadin Clinic next week who will monitor the Coumadin level in her blood. Please continue to pray for healing and that there will be no other problems.
Anonymous- (added 04/10/2008) Please pray a heartfelt prayer for Leon & Betty. Just days ago they lost their daughter & granddaughter in an automobile accident. Without a special touch from the LORD soon I don't know if they can survive the overwhelming grief. Also they have health problems. Thank you so much for your prayers.
From the Martin family- (added 04/15/2008) Please pray for my mom. She is a stroke patient, and lives in a nursing home. She has been suffering from pain, and they think it is Fibromyalgia. Please pray that the doctors can adjust her medication so that it doesn't cause other side effects, but that they can relieve the pain she feels. I live in another state, and it is hard not being there all the time, but she does get excellent care, and has other relatives close by. PLEASE pray for her pain to be relieved. From Florence Richards- (added 04/24/2008) Urgent: Jenny is 30-years old, she is in critical condition in Austin Hospital. Seems she has a rare disease to do with her blood vessels in the brain (ruptured) Please pray for her, her husband Chad & two small children. Update: JENNY DID GO BACK INTO SURGERY BEFORE MIDNIGHT AND WAS IN FOR 3 ½ HOURS. THE DOCTORS ARE TRYING TO BRING DOWN HER BODY TEMP SO AS TO MINIMIZE THE SWELLING. APPARENTLY, A YOUNG PERSON’S BRAIN IS LARGER THAN AN OLDER PERSON’S AND THEREFORE, HAS NO ROOM FOR SWELLING. GOOD NEWS---HER EYES ARE NO LONGER DILATED; HOWEVER, THE NEXT 24-HOUR PERIOD (CONCLUDES @ 3AM FRIDAY MORNING) IS CRUCIAL. AT THIS POINT, THE DRS. WILL ATTEMPT TO RAISE HER BODY TEMP VERY SLOWLY. ACCORDING TO LESLIE, THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY WILL BE SATURDAY. Thank you for your faithfulness in prayer.
